Method

A self-improving content factory.

Built with science, run on data. How ideas become formats, how formats become dice, and how the data decides which dice you keep.

The shift

You are in the market of leading a transformation.

A product solves a problem. Today anyone can build one with AI. To lead a transformation, your ideas need to travel further than your competitors' budget.

// two routes to the same buyer. The product market rents attention and pays every time. The idea market earns it once, and the same attention serves buyers, investors, hires, partners and your ad account.

// an asset that compounds, and stays yours even if you pivot your product or your market.
Why now

Attention compounds like equity.

Entering late costs more every quarter. We are living through the biggest attention transfer since the beginning of social media: the AI wave. The founders who own their story today will be uncatchable in eighteen months.

TODAYMONTH 6MONTH 12MONTH 18 THE MOAT OWN YOUR STORY NOW COMPETITOR STARTS AT MONTH 6 ATTENTION (OWNED)
// illustrative curves. The point is the shape: the gap between the founder who starts now and the one who starts in six months keeps widening. Competitors can copy the product. They cannot buy back the months.
Leverage

When building is cheap, attention is the moat.

In a world where products are easy to build, attention and trust become the scarce assets. Four layers decide whether an idea earns them.

EDIT · the soulwhat makes the idea feel stronger FORMAT · the factorya repeatable shape the platform rewards PACKAGING · the brainhook · knowledge gap · negativity bias IDEA · the corewhat peers did not know they needed to hear tools us
Editing tools work on the top layer. The view count is decided at the bottom. A strong idea, packaged for how crowds actually pay attention, turned into a format a team can repeat, then edited so the idea lands harder.
The method

A self-improving content factory. Built with science, run on data.

A loop, run monthly. Each turn makes the next one better, and by month three your team turns it.

// your input is one production day. Everything else, mining, format design, direction, data, iteration, is the work. The footage is the cheap part.
01 · Mine

Your ideas, extracted.

Deep listening, then on-camera improvisation. Your natural language surfaces, and with it the ideas you don't know you have. I coach live.
02 · Roll

Formats as dice.

Each format is a die: a few faces, one big number. We test mimetic formats (what already performs on-platform) and original formats built around you, your face, your way of talking.
03 · Keep

Data picks the winners.

Winning formats become templates. Underperformers get iterated or killed. That judgment is the part nobody has managed to copy.
The dice system

A format is a loaded die.

Each format is a die you throw every week. I build each founder the set of dice that lands the highest value with the smallest spread.

Each format is a die you throw every week. The goal is the highest average landing with the smallest spread. Throw it ten times, get ten results in the same range. That consistency lets a team plan, and makes ads cheaper later.

Months 1 and 2 throw many dice. Mimetic formats already proven on-platform, next to originals built around the founder. Data shows which land high and tight. Those become templates. The judgment of when to persevere and when to kill is the craft.

Honest expectations

Some videos will do two thousand views. Statistically, some will do hundreds of thousands. Then millions. I guarantee the system and the volume. The platform decides the timing. Anyone who promises you an exact view count is lying to you.

Your next million views are already in your head.
